Should you apply to become a customer of our bank, we will obtain personal information about you, both by direct request to you, and through outside agencies.  This information will be used to reach decisions on the products and services which we offer, and in obtaining an accurate assessment of your creditworthiness.

We undertake that any information which we obtain will be no greater than we need for our business purposes, and that it will be stored safely. We will not pass any information to other parts of the Israel Discount Bank group or to any other agencies unless obliged to do so by law.

Should we ask unconnected companies to provide us with IT support or other plant and equipment, or outsource any part of our business, we undertake to ensure the providers observe equivalent standards of confidentiality to those set out in the paragraph above.

We do not at present use ‘Cookies’.  Should we do so, we undertake to give notice through the website, to explain how we would use them, and to revise this privacy statement accordingly.  Other organisations to which we provide a hyperlink, including our own group members, may however do so, and you are advised to consult their own privacy statement.
